i plugged it in and the screen turned a weird blue-gray color then i unplugged it and the screen stayed the same. this is right out of the box. i tried to reset it or something but it wouldnt work. i guess i will try to return it and get one that actually works.

I bought one for my wife for christmas and it didnt work right out of the package.we followed the directions to a t.we went and exchanged it and the second one worked for 2 days and the on off button came loose internally and it quit working.These photo frames are poorly made and do NOT last.dont buy one.

Great product for the price; I love being able to tote family and vacation photos for sharing. For the DPFMate software to operate, if you use Norton Internet Security, you have to program the Norton personal firewall to "trust" DPFMate, and you need to turn off your anti-virus software while the keychain is plugged into your computer. It works great then!

I bought two of these for christmas one works fine the other is junk. Virus, ther web sight says to disable your anti-virus to download pictures. Don't think so. Also had to navagate on the computer to down load pics.

This product works as advertised. The PC App does a great job converting/downloading photos for the key chain device. The quality of the pictures displayed on the key chain device is very good and the number of photos available for display is adequate (about 107). If the documentation was better, my guess is the negative reviews would be positive - it took a little sleuthing to figure out how to get the device recognized by the PC.

Bought this for my dad, have spent the past hour trying to figure it out. The software doesnt auto load and then responds with error messages when I try to manually load it. It is not compatible with Vista, regardless of what the product says. I am really dissapointed as this was my dad's xmas present, and was trying to load pictures of my brother who passed away two weeks ago. I bought one for my mom as well, and it doesnt work either...

I bought two for christmas, I plugged them into my computer, and I got an error to restart my computer to get rid of the virus. I called the help line, after waiting for 30 minutes, I got Christopher on the phone. He told me to throw the two frames out and they would send me two new ones, but they won't be here for two weeks. I told him that they were christmas presents and that they would be here within 2 days or I would report them to the better business bureau. He said that he would put my name on the priority list and that I might get them within 2 days. I would not recommend that anyone buy this product.

Bought two of these as Christmas gifts. Went to preload some pictures and hit errors. The errors aren't even in good english! Taking them back to Radio Shack tomorrow. What a waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I bought 2 of these. The only thing it does right is turn on. I tried 3 different computers and the program wouldn't let me upload any pictures. what a Piece of junk. buy a different one. I also called Customer care they said they would send me replacements in 4-6 weeks. But they are supposed to be christmas presents. SO I guess not. I will be buying another 2 not this brand though!

I bought this during the Black Friday sale. I have been wanting a digital keychain for quite some time, and was excited about the price of this one. I was so disappointed to discover this is only a piece of junk. The software does not work on my computer...I just keep getting error messages. What a disappointment! Plugged mine into my computer, computer wouldn't read the Keychain. Program that is supposed to auto-run did not start up. I called SAKAR customer service now they want me to send it back for a "fixed product". What a hassle! There goes my mom's mothers day present :(
