I do find that sometimes the route it takes me on is probably not the one I would normally use if I have been to this destination before. Also it has occasionally taken me to the wrong address although it has been in the general vacinity.I drive for a living and accuracy is very important as I operate on a time schedule.

I am a REALTOR. Works GREAT for me. Don't have anything to compare it to but don't care to. All I do is load the destination and follow the instructions. Doesn't get any better than that. It is excellent for my needs.

Tom Tom traffic is great. I only live 49 miles from my office but on some days the commute can last hours. The traffic feature using alternate directions allowed me to find the least timely way to get home. Tom Tom saved me almost an hour one way during last weeks rains.

It is amazing that it always knows where I am at. I use it to direct me to clients homes. It is very good in telling me what lane to be in and when to turn.
Roads in California are quite often very confusing due to the number of off ramps and overpasses on the freeways and yet it is very patient in trying to tell me where to go.

Well,i got to use it for a few days .My daughter saw it and immediatly made off with it.She reports she klikes it very much and it gets her where she wants to go .very easy to use and so far ,very accurate.

Difficult to connect and remove from the window suction device.

Hard to operate volume control.

The maps are very accurate. I like the pre-installed map choices and the voice options. Very easy to use and gets me where I am going every time!

I love the speed feature. I like being able to detect buddies, and keep up with them. I like the traffic feature. I had another GPS and got rid of it for this one, it was well worth the trade! I am going to purchase one for my car now. that way we dont have to switch and if we use the car and suv at the same time we both can use one.

I like this GPS. It is a good general purpose GPS. Maps are easy to read. It has allot of handy features like Voice directions. In a highly commercial area, allot of POIs are missing and some areas, POIs are displayed onto of each other hiding the POI underneaths it. The USB RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver, cost almost as much as the GPS unit.

I purchased the refurb due to the good pricing and larger screen. Great choice! I like that it is easy to use and it gives accurate directions. There are many features that are helpful and I like the variety of search options for where you are heading and what you are looking for. The only thing I have not figured is how to add a street. You can modify existing streets, but I live in a new development that is not on any map so wanted to add my street but have not been able to figure it out yet.

The package purchased did not come with installation cd for extra upgrades and updates... Unimpressed with that fact also downtown chicago the gps is inturupted by the tall buildings and the gps gets tossed around and it does not know where it is going...

This was purchased for our daughter...she has a direction issue. The Tom has made her life easier for getting around the bigger cities and different travel patterns in our area.

Very accurate with easy to read maps. Up-to-date mapping, very good company response for new maps, LOUD, many color combinations, speed limit warnings, several voices, large display. Many factory download options.

It will take you around the world instead of getting right to your destination first. It will make you make unnecessary turns that lead back to the same street you were on. But for a 100 bucks you can't really complain.

Not a top of the line GPS but for the money its perfect. it works perfect and its easy to use also if you want to add anything all you have to do is plug it into your computer and download the software. new maps cost money but there is still a lot of free software. i would recommend this to anyone if you dont want to spend 600 to 1000 on a really nice one.

This was a gift for a family member. They were moving from Alaska to Vermont and a GPS made a great gift. I purchased this same device new a year ago. To get a refurbished device at a great price was wonderful.

There isnt anything we dont like about it.We have several Drs in Louisville and its took us right to their office.We love it and have told everyone about it.Our son even got one. For the first time in our life my wife can find her way, what a blessing.We would like another set that came with it to hang it from for our other car but cant find one any where???? Thank you

This product is not even in the same league as a Garmin. I have used both. The TomTom is difficult to use. On our way back home from a trip yesterday I couldn't add an address to our route. The menu would not allow it. It isn't near as accurate as the Garmin. I wouldn't pay $10 for this thing. Mine's going back and I'l get a Garmin.

This is a nice unit and I would recommend it to anyone, but... battery life is less then 2 hours and the instruction are not written vary well. I thought I was reading the Marketing brochure.

Great unit at a fantastic price. this unit has a slower processor than some other TomTom units, but that only affects mapping the route, not display or real-time use. Mapping routes only take 2-3 seconds longer than others.

The features in the TomTom Home online connection make gathering the satellite location information easy so the unit locks on to the satellites immediately. There is no lag at all at startup.

I would recommend this unit to anyone.

I'm a high end GPS professional and a bit picky. I like the form factor and the mapping sequences that get an address into the queue I've used it for 8 months with great results. I am finding now that my maps may be oudated and I'm not sure if spending [$] for a new western segment will correct the omissions on my map. Battery life seems a bit weak but maps hog power usually. :)

I bought this product and returned it. To me the menu was not user friendly, you have to hit too many buttons to get to the POI screen. Even though it has bluetooth technology, it will not work with all bluetooth phones. I have a Rumor (Sprint) phone it did not work, in fact when I checked online, not that many phones that are capable of the gps.

I got this thing to help with finding addresses related to my job. It is very accurate and finds signal fast even inside my house. Can't say that about my other GPS . Highly recommend this unit!!!!!!!
