Truck worked great, just wished the battery life was longer.
would a 7.2v/3300 mah work in this truck, also this truck is the best i have every owned, i definetly recomend it!!

I've been using this rc on dirt and trying it on hills(works great).There is nothing wrong about this product. The 1600mh regargable battery lasts a long time. Gives a great support to the truck.I would suggest you buy this for anyone.I LOVE it!!!
I got it in the Winter but i Just couldn't wait till spring (I'm in ME there is snow)it can go through anything! snow water (4 In maby more) you name it. Most RC vehicles i get only last a week after a crash but this one just keeps going!

This is the best r/c truck I have ever had. The 4wd is great!
ive had this for 1 year and it hasnt died yet. I have driven it through sand,snow, up to 5 inch water,rocks,dirt,mud, just about anything you throw at it,and it still goes. it even survived the 6 foot drop. it is built very well also,it has solid axles and good steering with good torque in low range.

This thing was crazy, I bought the F-350 which came out last year but it was not as fast as this one. Now when I first used the ford it was hitting everything because it had tremendous pickup, I had to get the hang of it. With the tundra it was easy to control the minute I first minute used it. It is quite fast for a mainstream RC truck.

I like this truck, I had an F-350 with mattracks and I wish this shared the mattracks and the independent suspension, I understand the HUMMER has those features. It is good value for the money, but I don't like the fact that the battery packs are so blasted expensive. [...]
The thing stops as soon as it goes more than
5'-0" away from the remote. I have tried it in several locations and it always does the same.
Works great as long as you enjoy running behind the thing!
NOT SO GOOD
the car dont go as fast as it say, its really slow, i need to return and change to another model
The Toyota Tundra RC Truck is just ok. It goes pretty fast and has two switches (low and high) which is nice. Could be better, though.
I bought this for my 4-year-old nephew. He was facinated by the awesome design and even more excited once the power was turned on. This truck has a lot of gusto and is NOT for indoor use...especially with an inexperienced 4-year-old driver. Great fun!!! I might go and get one for myself...or my boyfriend.
a great durable truck. It goes really fast and you can perform stunts without worry. The only downside is portability, but if it was that small it wouldnt be worth using.

This truck has survived where lots of other RC vehicles have failed - I thought we'd get a few months use out of it but we are closing in on a year with a rough 4yr old as the driver!
It is easy for him to drive and he really enjoys it - I recommend this product enthusiastically!

i used it on my made track and i will tell ya my hummer and pt-cruser (old version)and f-350 (hummer and 3-50 are newer versions of pt) and this toy! does not blow the competition . low gear is nice for the mud and water as long as you dont get wheel slip(spin the tires (peel-out)) then it just sinks and gets stuck. hummer f-350 and the pt do just fine exept the higher gear + more wheel slip its harder to get wheel slip with higher gear but the 540 motor can do it nomatter the gear.... bottom line dont be trigger happy with the pt,hummer, and f-350 the toyota no comparisin to the others and all have the same or close speed . exept in lowgear battery life is the same and it is smaller but all are recomended but hummer,f-350 and pt are more reccomended ok (sorry its long)

My son and I have had so much fun with these trucks. Yes, I said trucks. I purchased two of them, the 1600 batteries and a universal quick charger to boot. I spent over [$] and every time he and I race each other, he just giggles. He is only 4 yrs old but he still loves it and is learning how to manipulate the controller and the vehicle. We have ran them and flipped them down the steps to the front porch and they still run and he still giggles. I would get the universal rapid charger for sure. We had the short run time thing at first, but the subsequent charges/runs have been for about 60/20 min each.

This truck has been around for a long time. It is the same old truck with a new body on it and smaller tires (prob to cut costs). This truck is very slow and even slower in reverse with no power. Battery does not come with it and unless you want to play with it for about 10-15 min you need to get a good battery. The store sells a 1000mah and a 1600mah both with slow chargers. The 1600mah is better but still a small capacity battery and the charger that comes with it for $35 takes over 8 hours to charge it. Hardly worth 10-15 min of use, and the fast charger they sell is around $45 all by it self. Go get a hobby store RC and save the head ache.
This was a great rc car. When I bought it my dad thought it really wasn't worth it. But the first time it hit the grass, pavement, dirt,rocks,ect. he quickly changed his mind. I have Xmods that go about the same speed with less ground clearence. The lights look great in the dark. The low gear has great acceleration and climbing power. It's also good for grass. Low gear will even pop wheelies. One of the best electric cars I ever had. And I've had a few.

this thing is just great. i got it and i love it. it is a lot faster when u use the rechargeble battery pack. [...] has the best remote control cars. this thing is amazing.

This thing is awesome for the price plus it is super easy to find!!!!!!!!!I got it yesterday. It is great off road. much better than the f-350 so get it!!!!!!dont listen to the other comments. the f-350 is tooooo big and it is not worth the price

Not worth it. No proportional speed control, small, and high/low selection not on remote. The $40 F-350 Ford truck is sooooo much better.

I don't like it,it dose not even go 570feet per-min all though it dose go over grass and dirt.
